Jeremy J. Abernathy, ESQ.
Jeremy J. Abernathy provides a background of service and advocacy. Jeremy was admitted to practice law in 2007. He earned his Juris Doctorate from Loyola School of Law, and his Bachelor of Arts from Morehouse College, as well as a Master’s of Religion from Liberty University Seminary.
Jeremy’s legal experience includes two judicial clerkships with the Honorable Justice Robert Benham, Associate Justice of the Supreme Court of Georgia, and the Honorable Mark Anthony Scott, Superior Court Judge in DeKalb County.
Cobb Life Magazine honored Jeremy as a 2013 Top 20 under 40 for his community involvement and stellar advocacy. Georgia Trend Magazine recognized Jeremy as Georgia 2016 Legal Elite. Jeremy was also awarded the Nation’s Top One percent award in 2015, and recognized as Georgia’s Top 40 under 40 for 2015.
Jeremy is also an advocate on Sundays as well- he is the Senior Pastor of Noonday Missionary Baptist Church, founded in 1888 and located in Marietta, Georgia.
